This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you and Voya Investments Distributor, LLC (“Voya”). It governs your use of this website including all of the content, services, tools and information available through this website (collectively, the “Website” or this “Website”). By using or accessing this Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you are not granted permission to access or otherwise use this Website. These terms of use are in addition to any other agreements between you and Voya, including any customer or account agreements, and any other agreements that govern your use of Voya’s products or services, content, tools and information provided by companies not affiliated with Voya and that are available on the Website.

Your use of the Website is governed by the version of the Agreement in effect on the date you access the Website. Voya reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time, without notice. If you use the Website after the amended Agreement had been posted to the Website, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms of use, as amended under the Agreement.

General Terms.  The information on this Website is approved for publication by Voya and includes information about UCITS, which are sub-funds of Allianz Global Investors Fund SICAV, an open-ended investment company with variable share capital organized under the laws of Luxembourg.

Nothing contained within this Website should be construed as investment advice.  An investment in the sub-funds of the UCITS may not be suitable for all investors and should only be made on the basis of a fund’s prospectus, supplement, and Key Investor Information Documents (“KIIDS”) or PRIIPS KIDs, (as applicable) and their terms and conditions. Integration and Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable this Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Voya and the user relating to the subject matter herein.
